”Used it as a base for a few days to explore Sligo. Staff were helpful, the on site shop was handy for items. The apartment was great with superb views of the lake. Beds were comfortable, the apartment had all the essentials.”

”The property was clean and cosy, but the listing was misleading. The exterior photos showed a small house surrounded by green fields, whereas the actual accommodation was in a studio room behind a family home in their back garden. If we had known this beforehand, we likely would have booked elsewhere.”

”Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere der Meerblick. Die Dusche müsste mal überprüft werden, an der Badewanne fehlte die Dusche. Ansonsten hat uns die Unterkunft aber sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen wieder. ”

”We were expecting the unrivaled scenery of Ireland. But to be able explore from a cozy remodeled police station was icing on the cake. Every room was clean and well stocked right down to the wood and coal for the fireplace. The hostess was warm and so helpful. We felt like we had known her forever. ”We had a wonderful stay in May 2025. The accommodation had all the conveniences you could want or need. It is located within easy walking distance of the village centre, supermarket, pubs and cafe. Maeve the owner was friendly and very helpful with any questions or requests we had. Overall we had a lovely time.”
