”The staff was really nice and helpful but the property needs some TLC. The cable and internet was down. The floors in the room was dirty/dusty but the bed was comfortable.”

”I go "out of my way" to stay at this wonderful, clean hotel in Albert Lea, MN. Whether traveling with family (and pets) or for business, I look forward to the friendly, attentive staff, the thoughtfully appointed and immaculately clean rooms, properly working sink, shower, lights, heating/cooling, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. This is simply a first-class operation.”

”Rooms were large, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was normal hotel quality and opened early. Plenty of parking, even with a boat. The hotel was completely full do to a kids baseball tournament. The room we were assigned was next to pool so sleep was optional. The only down side.”

”Pluses: Check in process was quick & easy. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Deltas: We stayed in a suite with a foldout couch. There was no bedding in the room to be found. My wife went down to the desk to get bedding, but they didn't give her a pillow. Another trip down when the bedding should have been in the room already. It's the only reason we booked this room & it became a headache for us.”
