”Everything was perfect! Mornings and evenings were most enjoyable with views and being entertained with hummingbirds. The family room was our favorite as well as the comfortable bed. Coming from a huge metro city in Houston with all its noise and people, our first morning at the rental was almost "spooky" outside on deck because of the lack of noises....what a great feeling to sit outdoors and hear only silence. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to recapture the experience again.”

”Stunning views! We enjoyed this property and would absolutely stay again. The owner was really accommodating and easy to communicate with. Our dogs enjoyed being there with us. There are so many different areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. It also felt very private being at the end of the road. Would recommend all wheel drive for sure. Thank you for hosting us!”

”The location and accommodations were perfect for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We were very convenient to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was a highlight of our trip, and also to local hiking trails and other attractions. The studio was very nicely appointed, well-stocked with essentials, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed morning coffee and evening happy hours on the front deck, as well as walks around the property. We look forward to future trips to the area, and...

”We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely...

”If you plan on booking this one, you need to know that you will NOT be alone on the property. There are permanent residents in the actual house. The space available is a basement apartment. This fact needs to be clearly presented on the listing. It was not at the time I booked.Communication through the app with the host is cut and paste, stock communication from their side. I assume you need to call them directly. We didn't bother. We arrived 30 minutes early to find two cars in the driveway. We...
