The studio offers an open-plan living area and kitchen, equipped with a capsule coffee maker, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, and a private barbecue. The living room sofa is extendable. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom includes shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper rolls (not replenished for the entire stay), hairdryer, bath towels, a hand towel, and a bath mat. The kitchen is stocked with a trash bag, a roll of kitchen paper, dish soap, a sponge, and cleaning cloths.



Step out onto your uncovered private terrace to enjoy the private outdoor pool and garden. The pool is 4 meters long and 1.10 meters deep, decorated with wooden panels and plants. The private pool and terrace are perfect for relaxing during your stay. Pool maintenance is handled by staff, who clean the pool and water the plants twice a week; no guest maintenance is required.



Shared parking is available on the property. One pet (max. 10 kg) is allowed for an additional fee; please indicate when booking. Parties and events are not permitted. Noise is strictly prohibited between 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Please respect quiet hours throughout your stay.
