Located in a quiet area just a short walk from the charming Old Town of Conil de la Frontera, the holiday apartment Casa Pilar Conil perfectly combines beautiful, modern design with an excellent location. The light-flooded apartment was recently renovated and consists of a tastefully-decorated living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with one single bed, one with 2 single beds and the third with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the livind room, a washing machine and cable television. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars as well as the gorgeous Old Town with a historic church. The beach Playa de los Bateles, with its fine, white sand, is just 6-minute drive or 1.6 km away. * Please note that this property is intended for families and older groups. Parties and events are forbidden and it is expected that neighbors will be respected by observing the quiet hours during siesta and after 9 pm. Groups under 28 years old will not be accepted. * The property has a free garage available for parking. Also a bus station is located next to the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking and pets are forbidden.

- please be aware that we will be deducing an amount from the security deposit if you're not taking care of the towels and bed linen during your stay. Please keep them clean (without stain)
