The highlight is the private rooftop terrace, where you can spend afternoons in the sun and enjoy the sea view. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine to round off your evenings. Thanks to the excellent location, a wide selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and bars are just a couple of minutes’ walk away. In addition, the long sandy beach is only 450 m or a 7-minute walk away.

The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Only guests over 30 years old and families may check in.

Due to local regulations in Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the peace and quiet of neighbours and pedestrians. Therefore, loud noises are not allowed between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am.
