This nice, Andalusian-style house lies in a calm, rather rural area in Fuente del Gallo and only 10 walking-minutes away from the next stunning sandy beach. This makes this wonderful house perfectly suitable for your next relaxing family vacation at the seaside. Not long ago, a wonderful swimming pool has been added which is gated to make it safe for your children. A nice little garden sums up the picture.

- 3 Bedrooms, one with a small double-bed and 2 with normal beds (1,90 x 0,90m). All Windows have mosquito nets.
-Open kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, big refrigerator with freezer, gas-
powered stove, microwave etc.
-Living room with comfortable couches, flatscreen tv with international programms via satellite. Wifi and air condition are available.
-2 bathrooms, one of those with a bathtub, the other one with a shower
There is a terrace facing the garden with garden furnitures-
Here you will find a Sombrero to find some shelter from the sun.
The pool of 3 x 7 m and the area around it are secured with a fence -
You will find sun-loungers available for you.

The house consists of an area of 85 sq. m., the premises is surrounded by a fence. Access to the premises will be found through a large rolling gate. The wonderful beach of Fuente del Gallo is only 500 m. away, about the same distance away you will find the always buzzing, popular restaurant „El Marinero“ and a small supermarket. Conil is about 2 km. away – just about a nice walk on the beach.
