”We were greeted so beautifully by Cassandra and the young man she was training at the guest registration. She is a gem! Loved sitting out on the patio and admiring the magnificence of the water and the grounds. The buildings were immaculate 24/7 and our room was pristine! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!”

”Always a good stay. Been coming to this hotel with the family for at least a decade and I also worked here in my young adult life. The staff is always pleasant, the place is always clean. The pool was a little overcrowded for once and we were given wrist bands for the first time ever. There was a staff member checking we had them on yet 75% of the people there did not have them which I thought was odd. We did not get too enjoy the pool as much as we would have wanted, it’s a great pool but there...

”A very good hotel centrally located in New Haven/Yale. The Yale area provided for a super beautiful evening/morning walk. Close to many restaurants as well. Hotel was extremely tidy, beds were comfy and breakfast was amazing - with a view! ”
