”The attendant rolled his eyes when checking us in, mumbled like he had something in his mouth and when asked what he said, rolled his eyes and exhibited juvenile and unprofessional attitude. The room was dated and not very clean. Needed some fresh paint and a new rug. Bed was not comfortable nor were the pillows or sheets.”

”The entire place was disgusting. We had to change rooms because of stains and debris on the sheets. We were moved to a room with a massive crack in the mirror, a bathroom you had to stand in the tub in order to shut the door, smelled like wet cigarettes, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. Stains and mold on everything. It was so bad we left a day early and found a clean hotel nearby. ”
