”This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

”This apartment was wonderful - clean, well stocked, and cute. Aside from the proximity to the train tracks (although earplugs were thoughtfully provided), the location was great - close to the highway and more importantly Dairy Queen.”

”The room was very comfortable, and check in was smooth. I would caution families with small children from staying here, because of many of the signs decorating the interior are inappropriate (mild profanity, toilet humor). But the amenities were great, and the temperature was good, even though it's a basement unit.”

”Well equipped kitchen, bright and airy rooms, very clean and very comfortable !”

”Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard”

”All aspects of our stay were excellent!”

”Cute, quiet little property, very clean! Lots of thought put into the amenities offered. Great communication w/host. Enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!”

”I had an emergency and was only able to stay one night, but enjoyed my stay ”

”Was way too many stairs, was unaware of how many, pictures of place very deceiving, the stair railing was wobbly, and then there was work being done on it and no to very little railing, the chemicals that were used to clean the place was very overwhelming to the point of myself being sick the whole time I was there, also very strong air freshener, there was 18 steps to the porch and another 13 to the bedrooms and bathroom, the motion lights would go on an off all by themselves, the volume on the...

”Nice place in Orange. Close to everything you could need. Older building, plenty of parking, quiet. Make sure you message host immediately if ANYTHING goes amiss (WiFi, any damage, etc).”

”This was a 2 month stay for us and was not equipped for longer term stays. Storage is a challenge. On the plus side, the host is responds quickly and helped with any issues we had. The location was great as we needed to be in a specific area.”

”Definitely a great place to stay! We all were comfortable and enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay there again for future trips. Everything was very clean. Lots of towels. Extra blankets and pillows. And there were plenty of things to be able to cook to avoid eating out. Super pleased!”

”The house is adorable and the location is perfect.”

”Great house. Beds were comfortable, We visited family in the area who have a small apartment and were able to have them over to the house instead of trying to cram into their place. Worked perfectly.”

”House was lovely and very comfortable. The ammenities in house were plentiful and up to date. We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. House was roomier and nicer than it appeared in the photos”

”Nice, clean property in a safe area. Excellent communication from the host.We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay again.”

”The property is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I stayed here with our three pups and it was perfect. There's a fenced in little area for the dogs with a doggy door inside and a ramp so they could go as they needed to without needing to hook them up to their leashes or carry them to the fenced in area which was a major plus early in the morning while the grass is dewy and at night to avoid the mosquitoes (because there are plenty of those.) The grounds are immaculate. The pond was full of...
