âVery nice hotel, recently renovated lobby and dining area. Modern and clean rooms. Very good location.
Only negative is that our window was little bit broken, so it did not close completely. When was windy day, you can hear the wind because the broken window. Toilet seat was also broken from other side. Not badly. Overall very nice hotel to visit.â

âThis was a truly outstanding luxurious hotel. Loved our stay here, it was a perfect 5/5 stars in all the ways. 100 % recommend and will stay here again. Also want to acknowledge the outstanding customer service of Gonzalo. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Thank you! â

âBooked this for my parents. They had a wonderful stay. They really enjoyed the spacious rooms, high quality breakfast. During their stay they also ate in the main restaurant and rated their steaks highly. Only area of improvement would be to have spa facilities (add thermal facilities).â

âIt was a 15-20min walk from galway centre but a nice hotel. Water pressure in the shower was quite poor so if you need to wash your hair there, good luck. â
