”Pet friendly. Clean rooms. Common areas could use some work. People obviously smoke in the hotel - cigarettes and ganja. Personally, I don't care, but some people might. The staff is great. Vending machines could use an update - can only use your debit card on one of them. ”

”Building is in desparate need of a refresh. The carpet in our room was stained and filthy. Concern about the filter in the HVAC as I had congestion the next day. Staff was wonderful and kind. They did say renovations are coming. Breakfast was very limited. ”

”Absolutely disgusting room
The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs ”

”We had a spill on the floor and when we wiped it up, the cloths were black. That is how dirty the floor was. Sheets and beds were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was no coffee pot available in our room.”

”The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out.”

Rm 408 noticed water on the floor around the toilet after flushing.
Would have been nice if coffee and a TV station list had been available.”
