”All good”

”Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door.”

”This hotel should post on its site that there is NO smoking room within the hotel building. They offered an uninformative map for public smoking rooms within 3 minutes walk each. Never found either of them and checked out from this hotel. The area where the hotel was situated was tall office buildings and not much else.”

”Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!”

”The location is perfect. Ginza is great and the hotel is just steps away from the station.”

”Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!”

”Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja siisti huone, joskin hieman jo ikääntynyt.”

”Great hotel with amazing views”

”Amazing stay”

”A brand new facilities, very clean rooms and a lovely hot spring bath.”

”Kiva hotelli, hyvä paikka, aamupala järkyttävän heikkotasoinen”

”Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!”

”The Mesm Tokyo was wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The staff, the property, the experience were all over the top”
