The Staff Support was awful, the desk clerk refused to give me a key card after my digital key within the app was not working; she had an issue with me the prior week as well. The unprofessionalism was at the highest level and I have stayed here before with zero issues. It is likely a training opportunity or the hiring of desk clerks with people skills as this particular hotel will likely lose 10K in revenue in 2026 from this incident, not to mention that they told me to never book there again - ridiculous
