”Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. ”

”Very friendly staff. Beautiful hotel. We used the hot tub, clean and so refreshing. We had the breakfast brunch which was average but did the job before or walk diwntown Vancouver. Property close to downtown. Would highly recommend”
