”I love staying at the Ritz in st Thomas. More than anything we enjoy the employees. They are always helpful and make the trip worth it. I traveled there 2 years ago and I noticed several cut backs and things that they could improve on. For instance the serve the same food every single day for breakfast potatoes, bacon/sausage and eggs. They need to add pancakes and French toast because the food gets boring. The have different options for the lunch/ dinner snacks but again not very family kid...

”Love the location being close to the airport and right on the bay. Provided scenic view of the bay.l and has a very nice pool. The staff was very helpful and was responsive to requests. Beds were comfortable as well.

”Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view.
I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night.
Stairs were not that big a problem, but for the elderly...

”This place has not been updated in years.
-Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised.
-I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free.
-The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island.
-Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night”

This property is falsely advertised we learned that it is not a hotel resort it’s private owned timeshare’s upon checking in for my accommodation booking for queen size studio suite room with ocean view balcony as we received our room the balcony did not have ocean view it was a city view instead...

”Ac didn’t work in first room they accommodated and moved me to another room only issue was it was Saturday night and it was above their restaurant and bar and the music was so loud it shook your floor and you had to liste in to it until 12 pm. After I said something they accommodated me again moved me to a quiet room and gave me a free night. So if you do ever have an issue there speak up and they will most definitely make it correct.
