”The location was perfect. We were able to walk across the bridge outside the hotel to get to a Red’s game. Staff was very helpful and kind! Parking was right on site and close to the river walk and hotel was also right beside the Newport Aquarium.”

”Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

”Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top ! ”Not the best of experiences for a one night stay. Was next to someone who was crying in their room most of the night.”

”Had to change rooms at 4am due to loud noise every 5 mins caused "by the building" that apparently affects all rooms in that part of the hotel. What the? Was then promised points as a make good that were not delivered as promised twice. ”

”The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent.”
