The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

”The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.”

”I booked a city view king studio room. I called them directly after booking on Expedia and made sure I would be facing a direction that would allow me to view frieworks.. they assured me and confirmed that, that was the case. When I get to the front desk the lady says there's no way they can assure you of that. I said well then when I called here they shouldn't have told me they can. She then says I will actually be on the opposite side of the building. I'm furious. Then when I get to my room...

”No valet got my truck. Grace had very few spaces. Nearest parking was in a rundown lot two blocks down the street. Shower handle kept falling off. Extremely small shower. Nothing special about this placed”

”The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.”

”We love staying here! Every year we stay here on our way through town and it is always so nice. The staff is helpful and everything is very clean. The breakfast is also wonderful!!”

”The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. My reason for not rating it 5 stars is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. They tasted good however. Also, my room was not cleaned even though my booking was for 2 nights.”
