”Pros: Property is very nice, it’s a beautiful hotel , could be a great getaway for couples. HUGE plus it’s dog friendly. Amazing. Car service offer is a nice touch. Breakfast is very good too, great options. Cons: Front desk is lacking training,knowledge at least the ones we encountered with. Housekeeping is terrible. Room is not very clean- esp showers. Gross. Even after they apparently made the room. It’s half way done. Nothing is replaced either: like tea, or body lotion. Definitely needs...

”Excellent location to explore Philadelphia. Overall everything was great, I don't have any other complaints except it was on the pricey side for the value. Would happily stay again if it was 30% cheaper. But if you're happy with the price, it is as advertised, and I have nothing negative to say about the hotel itself.”

”The location of the hotel was great and everyone working there was very nice. Our main issue was the lack of water pressure in our rooms. The showers and sink faucets would stop multiple times when using them.”
