Tried to book a Queen efficiency room or king suite and I was told they were all booked. I stayed 3 nights and only 7 rooms were rented. Would have been nice to have a kitchenette during a massive ice and snow blizzard. Man at the front desk had zero personality and was downright rude. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work, black mold on bathroom ceiling, giant gal on bottom of entry door to room with a constant, frigid breeze and snow blowing in, sink and tub would not drain properly so I had to stand in dirty shower water and washing hands in sink was impossible because it took forever to drain, hairdryer was broken, filth around bathtub faucets and tub towel rack, missing towel rack in sink area. Rim of toilet was black and disgusting with foul odor. NO COFFEE MAKER. This is only some of the problems. I have time and dated photos. Me and all of my employees will never use this hotel again.
