”Liked the historic aspect. Bathroom had incompleted updates; floor wasnt level; door showed way too much hallway light; rooms didn't feel private. Restaurant food was ok.”

”Older hotel, but generally clean. Shower was hot and good. Parking was good, right in front of the door. Price was good for what it was.”

”DO NOT STAY HERE! I was charged an extra hundo AFTER THE FACT for a pet fee even though I disclosed at check in that my service animal was with me. I filled out the service animal slip, confirmed with the clerk that there would be NO additional fees and confirmed the original charge of the room. I find out 3 days later that I was charged without my consent for a "pet". I have been reaching out for over a week now to get a hold of the manager and he IS NEVER THERE. DO Not STAY HERE”

”Parking was right outside our room.Air conditioning worked fine.This hotel was just refurbished and the room was big,clean,and the family that owns and operates the the hotel take pride in their work.We will go back to this hotel every year on our way to and back from Florida.”

”This hotel is in really bad condition. The linens were very dingy and there was no body wash. The plumbing was loud and not hot. There was no housekeeping staff during the early evening. The rooms do not look or feel clean. There was very little food and NO coffee. We went to the Hardee’s across the street. The Baymont is very convenient to the music venue across the street but we will be driving a little further next time. ”

”Nice stay. Great breakfast. Great location.walking distance to Texas Roadhouse. Our room was clean, cool. The tub facet fell off when try to start the shower. It was operational.”

”Carol fixed us delicious, variety-filled breakfasts. We were in a group of 6 and able to visit outside around a fire, on a porch or inside in large comfortable sitting rooms.”

”The price was budget friendly. In addition to the TV, there was a fridge & microwave, Iron & Ironing board and small coffee maker with coffee and creamer packets in the room, which we don't always find in a room at this price. It was clean and comfortable and we would certainly stay there again.”
