”Property was just as described and more. Quite with lake view and access to put canoe into the water. The fire pit was perfect with chairs already set up. Set up inside was great. The light switches were the only downside. There were so many that went to nothing we could figure out. The sliding doors were also not the easiest to use, impossible for kids but seeing as I didn’t want them out without us anyway I wasn’t bothered by it. The kitchen is fully stocked but if you’re not use to stainless...

”We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

”Process was easy. Location was quiet. The “river access” was across the street and fine for launching a boat, but unsuitable for much else. ”

”Paul is a wonderful host and the house is fantastic. Our teens loved playing air hockey and ping pong with us and we had several “tournaments” during our stay. The house has everything you need and being able to relax in the spa at the end of a long day hiking is wonderful. We hope to be back soon. ”
