”It was heavenly. Perfectly located in the centre of town and close to everything. The room possessed the charm of the old building but with modern luxuries. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast set you up for the day. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit.”

”Great location to walk into Conwy. Nice and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been better if breakfast could have been available a bit earlier in the morning, but the take away breakfast bags were a good alternative.”

”The chateau itself was lovely, steeped in history and beauty. We stayed in the lodge which was ok but the walls and ceiling were not well sound proofed so we could hear those around us and the pipework was noisy which ment several wake ups during the night. Not ideal”

”The hotel and the stuff were incredible. Clean and beautiful room, guys were extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast was individually prepared for everyone. Highly recommended!”

”My fiancee, her daughter and I were really happy with our stay at this guest house. It was the first time we'd stayed at a property like this and we were very impressed with the cleanliness, the spaciousness of the room and and the attentiveness of the staff. Breakfast was excellent as others have mentioned. Diane and Chris (if I recall the names correctly!) were very understanding and helpful with regards to my stepdaughter who is autistic - they were happy to help her feel like she was at...

”The person on the front desk (Andrew?) was incredibly nice and helpful. Inn is older but was in great shape, excellent views. Sitting room was nice to enjoy. Bathroom was small but totally serviceable.
Room was cool with the window open and nice to hear the ocean. I'd go there again any time!”
