Tarjoamme kauniin rannalla sijaitsevan lomatalon, jossa voit rentoutua ja nauttia upeista näkymistä Coobowie Baylle Edithburghin ja tuulipuiston valoihin. Sinun ja rannan välillä ei ole tietä, astu vain edessä olevasta kuistilta hiekalle johtavalle nurmikolle. Sleeping tarjoaa 3 makuuhuonetta (1 kuningatar, 1 kuningatar, 2 sarjaa pankot), tyylikkäästi sisustettuja ja sisältää modernit ja laadukkaat ominaisuudet. Olohuoneessa ja sängyssä 1 ja sängyssä 2 on molemmat täysleveät liukuovet edessä olevaan kanteen, josta on näkymät vesille. Makaa sängyssä ja ota ensimmäinen kuppi teetä tuijottaen merinäköalaan ja päivän säähän. Ruoho nurmikot edessä lasten leikkiä varten.
Talossa on upouusi täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone ja laadukkaat astiat sekä Nespresso-kahvinkeitin. Olohuoneessa on 50 tuuman plasmatelevisio, jossa on PS3-soitin, iPhone-äänijärjestelmä ja -telakka, (30-nastainen pistoke) ja käänteissuuntainen ilmastointilaite. Kattotuulettimet, sähköhuovat lisäävät mukavuutta.
Laadukkaiset peitot ja tyynyt toimitetaan kaikki mitä tarvitset tuodaksesi omat lakanat, tyynyliinat, pyyhkeet, kylpymaton ja teepyyhkeet.

Takapiha on täysin aidattu, joten se on turvallinen pienille lapsille ja lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita (Hyväksynnän perusteella).

Autoilla, veneillä ja perävaunuilla on runsaasti pysäköintialueita.

Tarjoamme kalanpuhdistusaltaan / alueen (näillä ja lähistöllä olevilla vesillä on paljon kalaa saaliiksi).

Sijainti

Coobowie on 2. 5 tunnin ajomatkan päässä Adelaidesta. Nestled välillä Stansbury ja Edithburgh. Coobowie on täydellinen lomakohde niille, jotka haluavat paeta kaupungin elämästä. Voit viettää päiväsi katsomassa pelikaaneja, kalastaa, kävellä rannalla, lukea tai ottaa vain kauniita näkymiä.

Smooth sailing is just beautiful
We had a lovely 5 day stay at smooth sailing! Beautiful quiet spot to relax walk on the beach and enjoy the lovely gardens watching a couple of cute stumpy locals eating the flowers 🌸 This was my second time visiting and all the new renovations are exciting to see. Thank you to Guy and Julie for opening your piece of paradise up to us it was just what we needed , awesome

Beautiful location
We thoroughly enjoyed out stay, it was so quiet and peaceful. The house has all you need. Plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils. The view from inside takes advantage of the wonderful vista and has a lovely comfortable feel. We were lucky to have beautiful winter weather and enjoyed sitting in the sun out the back next to the chimenea and also view side out front on the verandah. The bird life is fantastic if you like to sit back and watch them go about their business. We also spent time walking on the beach and along the coastline walking trails. A visit to the local Coobowie Hotel for lunch was also enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.

The description of this property being 'absolute beachfront' wasn't wrong. You step out of the front sliding door, walk through an easy path and you are on the beach. The views were beautiful! Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for your stay. Heater in the lounge room worked effectively, which was good because it was very cold. The tv was massive, and it was great that the dvd player played with no problems. We weren't really impressed that there was absolutely no privacy in the main living area due to no curtains or blinds. Having no curtains on the main window facing the beach, which is quite a public area, was a problem at night, as anyone could see in. I messaged the owner who replied saying the curtains were being made, but that didn't help us for our stay. Also, the skirting boards next to the dining table were hanging off when we got there. The ensuite next to the main bedroom is under construction, and will be nice when finished. We decided to sleep in the second bedroom as it was warmer and the mattress was more comfortable. I understand it's the country, but the shower pressure wasn't great, and adjusting the shower temperature was quite temperamental. The big dog next door barked a lot, which didn't really matter to us, but may frustrate some. Overall, the peace and quiet was lovely, the views sublime, and we were lucky with not having any rain. Although not perfect, the property was quite comfortable. The owner was attentive and helpful.

Lovely stay
We recently stayed at this property , and it was an absolutely delightful experience for our family. The home itself is wonderful, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The highlight for us was the amazing outdoor sitting area, which offered stunning waterfront views. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. The location is incredibly convenient, with short drives to all the essential shops and a variety of local attractions. Whether we were heading out for groceries or exploring the nearby sites, everything was easily accessible. The homeowners were also fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, responsive, and made us feel truly welcome. Overall, this holiday house in Coowobie is a gem, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Beach Stay at Coobowie
Comfortable clean welcoming home with easy parking right on the beach with bedrooms and lounge areas overlooking the sea across the Bay to Edithburgh with unobscured views of wind turbines. Great for walks on the beach with Pelicans, Swans, and other bird life there daily. Just a short drive to the historic township of Edithburgh where all needed facilities are present. Guy and Julie are great hosts, available and easy to contact. The new 75-inch Samsung TV and ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1 which are in the process of being added will be excellent additions to the home. Beautiful view from the front verandah! With such gorgeous weather, there is nowhere else we’d rather be. Our stay was both relaxing and fun. Wonderful beach walks, also walked to Edithburgh on the walk the Yorke’s trail…..fantastic! The house is well appointed with everything you need to a relaxing stay.

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet setting
Smooth Sailing at Coobowie is a lovely 3 bedroom, beach front house which was clean and comfortable and well maintained. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and the house is also dog friendly, with a secure back yard. Its a very short walk down a well worn path to the beach and short walk to the pub where you can get a decent meal. There is also a general store in the town who have a large variety of takeaway food. Overall we were very impressed with the accommodation and found the owners very helpful. Coobowie itself has limited facilities however, it's a 5 minute drive to the next town which has an IGA, cafe, tackle shop and an interesting museum.

Relaxing, fun, stay
Partner and I and two pets stayed at Coobowie Smooth Sailing mid March. What a little gem of a cottage/ house! Soon to be even better with an ensuite glamour boost. We stayed 4 nights. Be prepared for a brisk sea breeze, (there is a reason you can see a wind farm across the bay), but the front verandah is reasonably protected as is the enclosed back yard. Lots of local eating options, walks, beaches, you can't go wrong. Pets were negotiated and our cats had some walks on leads out the front, lots of fun. They also loved staring at the ocean/birds as the view is really great. We hope to return.

Always Amazing
I have stayed here many times over the years and will continue to keep coming back! The hosts are fabulous communicators, and have set up the house very well. Safe parking, a secure yard for the little doggo’s. Nice kitchen with dishwasher, laundry facilities, comfy beds and a spectacular view from bedrooms, even providing you with a sink for cleaning fish if you’re lucky enough to catch one! Beachside bliss
Smooth Sailing is a lovely house set on the beach at Coobowie. A perfect spot for an early morning walk followed by breakfast on the verandah. The rooms were all spacious and comfortable and the area is quite peaceful. A great place to unwind and relax for a few days.

Tranquil Views
Beautifully appointed house. Easy parking for cars and boats. Great views from inside the house and fabulous views out on the deck. If we weren’t out fishing or walking we spent 90 percent of our time on the front deck. We had all our meals on this lovely deck. There is also a lovely entertaing area at the rear with a gorgeous garden. Caught heaps of huge gar and Georgie boys. Thanks for great stay.

Relaxing getaway
A really relaxing place to take the family and pooch! We loved the cleanliness of the property, and it had adequate space and everything we needed for a family of 5 including teenagers. Views were amazing and we loved the lawn out the front. Would definitely recommend this property, if you're looking for a peaceful getaway.
