Fully equipped kitchen. Basement with pool table, wet bar, ice machine, 65" flat screen. TV in each bedroom and living room. Gas fireplace in living room. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Beautiful farm views in every direction. Completely renovated in 2020. Five minutes to Cummins Falls, 15 minutes to downtown Cookeville.

**2 night minimum on weekends. If you are needing different accommodations, please contact host and we will help you if we are able.

Amazing!

Country Charm

This was such a quiet, relaxing getaway. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was just my husband and I and we found ourselves wishing our grandkids were with us so we could take advantage of all the home had to offer. Our only regret was that we didn’t get to spend as much time there as we would have liked!

Cozy Place to stay

I would definitely stay here again. It is a Cottage in the country with Cows to wake up to. The leaves were turning. The weather was cool. She had it fixed up adorable. I only wished I had booked it longer.

Absolutely Perfect

The house is beautiful. If I could build one close to my brother in Cookeville, i would want to use this as a guide. Everythi g you could possibly need. Great outdoor spaces as well. Cant say enougb. Cant wait to go back.

Loved the Cows!

The Iris Cottage was Amazing! We were there for Parent Weekend at Tennessee Tech. Just a 15 minute drive to the school, it was SO WORTH IT! This house feels like a home, and our daughter and her friends loved gathering there for dinner. But the best part for us was having our morning coffee on the patio next to the cows behind the property fence! Close enough to enjoy, but far enough away that we couldn't smell them.😉 Very well appointed place with everything you could need. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience! We hope to return.💗

Cozy retreat

This place is as beautiful as the pictures! It was clean, comfortable, and the perfect getaway. The beds were comfortable, the basement is a great space for fun, with a pool table, cards, and games. We really enjoyed the patio, as we sat out there for hours just enjoying the view! I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to get away.

Just what we needed

We came here to spend some time with our son who is attending TTU. We loved our stay at Iris Cottage. The house is out in the country and we loved sitting on the covered porch under the ceiling fan and watching the cows and listening to the birds for hours. It was so peaceful and restful. Inside the house is so cute and cozy. The kitchen is well supplied with whatever you might need. There is a pool table downstairs and my boys enjoyed that. Cummins Falls is nearby and we went there and took a couple of hikes. If you want to get away from the noise and traffic for a little while, this is a great place to come to. I highly recommend it. I cant wait to come back.
