”The Host emailed clear directions to get to the property. On arrival, we couldnt fault the cleanliness or believe how spacious it was. Just perfect for my large tribe.The beach and nearby shops were easy to walk to 10-15 mins.We were lucky enough to have brilliant days so beach and swimming everyday.Kitchen facilities and outdoor BBQ was awesome as we shopped for a small grocery items such as breakfast and a few dinners. Was lovely to read about the families beginnings and how Turou Retreat came...

”Fabulous house right on the beach with private pool. Large outdoor area with heaps of lounge chairs and outdoor seating, perfect for our big family. Kayaks and good selection of snorkelling gear available. Big kitchen with 2 large fridges and a chest freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and large selection of crockery and utensils, perfect for a self-catering holiday. The beach was excellent.”

”The cleanest property we have ever stayed at. Each bedroom had its own lock and the layout of the house was fabulous, with the lounge and kitchen in the middle. Was great having two full bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower on both bedroom wings of the house. The gardens were just blissful to sit, sunbathe and read in. The beach hut was a fabulous addition and we spent hours using the kayaks and paddle board. Connie’s thoughtfulness of all the small additions in the house was so appreciated....

”Fabulous house. Was far more spacious than we thought. Was nice having the master upstairs. It had all we needed and pantry supplies left by previous guests was helpful. We tended tohave breakfast and lunch at home and then ate dinner out at a variety of restaurants-(would recommend booking if school holidays). The islander and tamarind were our favourites. Good overall as a lot cheaper than we had thought. Mozzy screens were good so could keep windows open.House was also cool. Great location-...

”We stayed here for 7 days and had such a great experience. The property is very kid-friendly and had everything we needed all utensils, washing machine (with washing powder), WiFi, and even some basic food and water to get us by when we first arrived. The outdoor area is so big and spacious for a family bbq or to lounge around, not to mention the pool. The rooms were spacious, master bedroom has air con and an ensuite. The second bedroom downstairs also has air con. The house also has a bathroom...

”Location was perfect but drunk older women yelling all night until 3 am was a bit much. Advice was to lock all doors and windows because of petty thieves but at least 3 windows didn't close let alone lock. Very clean, comfortable beds but owners need to spend some money on basic handyman updates. Oh and fix the pool deck and add a paddle so the kayaks can be used to full advantage,”
