The Space:

A split-level home away from home, just a two-minute walk from the main beach. Ideal for two families holidaying together or a large group. With two separate living areas, a large spacious deck and a huge back yard, this allows for plenty of space to socialize together, whilst also having those separate get-away areas for down-time as a family.



The upstairs level hosts the full kitchen, living room with flatscreen TV, large entertaining deck with BBQ, three bedrooms and the first bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third has a set of king single bunk beds.



Head on downstairs either through the internal or external entranceway to the second level. Boasting a separate living and dining area, kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave, laundry with washing machine, two bedrooms one with a queen and the other with a single ben and a set of bunks. There is also the second bathroom. Also, downstairs you’ll find the second outdoor dining area.



A ping pong table is available in the two-car garage for families to enjoy. Or there’s plenty of space if you plan to pack the toys! The garage could fit a small boat, kayaks etc. plus there is plenty of room on the section for extra vehicles.



Out the back you’ll find the huge backyard, perfect for backyard cricket. The outdoor hot water shower is great for giving the kids a quick rinse after a long lazy day down at the beach.



Cooks beach is perfectly located in the heart of the Coromandel Peninsula, only 15 mins drive to popular locations such as Hot Water Beach, Cathedral Cove and Hahei. Or for a day out in the big smoke of Whitianga, the passenger ferry at Ferry landing is just a 5-minute drive down the road.
