”The room was clean, the grounds were immaculate and there is a lot of grass to walk our dog on. The bed was very comfortable. Close to town but not right in town; only minutes from the beautiful boardwalk along the Lake Michigan beach. It was a lovely stay”

”We were assigned a room in the old motel building (separate from the main building) which I didn’t even know existed when making the reservation because it’s barely visible in the background of one of the exterior pictures. Fortunately it was updated, clean and the beds were comfortable. The bath/shower could use some additional updating though. The shower head was small and lacked water pressure. ”This is a cute place to stay if you’re only planning on being there for a few days, there is not much around the area and it’s more of a small stop you make if you have to rather than a longer stay. It was super clean and at first the staff were great at communicating, later we tried contacting the staff to checkout early or to ask for other amenities and were left for days without a response, so very disappointed with their “24/7 available communication,” because it didn’t seem like they were...
