”Check-in time showed 3:00 pm but we did nto get out room until after 5:00 becasue it was not ready. It was the middle of the week, not a weekend, so totally not expected. Had to go to the deks to ask if room was ready at 5:00 and it was not. They ended up giving us another room besides the one we booked. Got in room at 5:30. Makes for a long day when you are already waiting due to an ealy flight arrival.”

”This was my second stay. I stayed prior to the room renovations and I liked the rooms prior to the renovations! The beds are comfortable and it is pretty quiet inside your room…unless the Spurs just won the game. The location is perfect.
Extra ‘free’ bottled water and more upscale coffee supplies like regular creamers and coffee cups instead of the paper ones would be nice from a 4 star hotel.
Room service was timely though I did find that things were not getting restocked every time.”

”We didn’t have a great experience unfortunately.
Our air didn’t work well the first night then on the second day it went out while we were away.
Got back to the hotel at 11:00pm and asked for help, they came up and “fixed” the air just for it to stop working again almost immediately.
They said they would switch our rooms and they had forgotten about us for about 30min.
When we got to the other room it was great until it started raining and there was a leak it the ceiling.
The pool is great...
