”Everything was good. An overnight stay. Rooms are not super modern.... it's a great wee place to stay however have everything you need if you are going to a concert at The Caverns on a stopover”

”The front desk person was very nice. The room in the hotel seemed to be clean. However, the room had a very strong smell when you walked in and it smelt like urine. I don’t know where the smell was coming from but it was strong. It’s a decent hotel. It’s just older and you can see they keep it clean, but there are no modern amenities.”

”Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!”

”Great place to stay the night. Had some trouble with accidentally booking two rooms. Front desk gave me the information on how to get refunded and I was refunded promptly.”

”The humidity in the hotel was insane. We couldn’t sleep as the sheets were damp, the toilet paper was wet and it was just a miserable stay. The manager said they were aware of the issue but it seems ownership doesn’t care as they have placed humidifiers in the hallways which did absolutely nothing. The manager did the best she could as she gave us a refund but until this issue is fixed we will not be staying here again and we have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times.”

”Spiders in the tub and bathroom Bugs climbing on the bathroom floor Breakfast was not fresh No lighting in the pool area when I questioned the service desk I was told they were having trouble and they do not work The lower hall floor is very unlevel to walk on Definitely not nowhere near four star we will not stay there again”

”Toilet was not even attached to the floor and the shower was so gross that we didn’t use it”

”Only gave them 4 stars on property issues because they are in the process of renovating after a water pipe break earlier this year. This place still looks good but will look even better once they have their renovations / updates completed.”
