”Room was great - comfortable, clean and spacious. Reception staff were welcoming and accommodating. Location was close by to our reasons for staying.
Criticisms- whilst my dietary requirement was catered for at breakfast, it was done so with an air of annoyance as if I had a choice (I wish I didn't have my condition) pending which chef was on and how busy/understaffed the restaurant was.
This could have been easily resolved in my case if the scrambled eggs didn't have cream in it or if fried...
