”Room Rate was fair. No coffee cups in the room, no napkins in the breakfast area. No kleenex tissues in the room. Bath tub/shower needs a update.
Breakfast area was made crowded by several large boxes/items sin part of the room.”

”The room wasn't very clean. The linens looked not changed. There weren't any towels in the bathroom. When we got there we had to plug everything in and hope it was going to work. The elevator was not working. The carpet felt very dirty on your feet.”

”First thing I have to say was we didn't even stay the night, the people in the adjourned room were very loud and keep throw something at the door between our rooms. I don't know when our room was last vacuumed there was food crumbs on the floor and a whole orange on the floor between the wall and the pullout bed. And with how much you pay for rooms there you think they could find a better way of fixing the carpet down the hallways besides using Duct tape! The waterpark was fine at first, until a...

”I was very satisfied with the staff and their level of professionalism and kindness. The room was impeccably clean and had everything I needed. Parking was probably the most frustrating part because you have to pay to use the parking garage. There really isn’t any other practical parking on the street around it, so you just eat up the fee and that is that. Overall, an excellent experience!”
