Motellit – Coonawarra Wine Region

”Clean room close to town”

”A very comfortable room, with everything you need for a short stay. Easy guest only parking too. Staff were wonderful and we also enjoyed a delicious meal at the bar. Venue is close to other amenities including supermarkets and tourist attractions.”

”staff are lovely, rooms are comfortable and tidy”

”no noise cancellation insulation between rooms. could hear other people talking and toilets flushing. cold tiny bathroom with louver windows that let cold air in. tiny hand basin and no where to put toiletries or clothes .. had to make a hot drink on a little strip on the front edge of a bar fridge. barely enough room for the mug. never again.”

”After a long drive felt like the perfect spot to stay the night. Rooma were very spacious and you could park your car in front of your room, thia was very convenient for us as we had a lot of stuff. Manages to have the pool area all to ourselves which was nice! Only negative things were that that we had to ask twice for the pool door to be opened when it was supposed to be open already. Plus not enough hot water in the bathroom. However, overall stay was very nice! Would recommend it!”

”Good stay”

”I stayed for 16 night in the 3 bedroom house. Very comfortable and clean. Would highly rate the stay. A couple of things not working but let staff know, at end of my stay. Wasn't urgent to mention as it didn't have any impact on my stay. Only consideration I would mention is to supply better cookware, eg: saucepan set. The other facilities were excellent, crockery, cutlery, microwave, kettle, glassware. All good and clean. Loved having a lock up garage for security. Quiet location.”

”This place is perfect for the business traveller. Although parking is a bit of a squeeze, the rooms are spacious, comfy bed, have a great desk to work at, (no freezer in the fridge, though...) and walking distance to everything useful - supermarkets, food, pubs, banks and so on. This is not a 5 star rated premises (probably 3-4 star rating) but it is 5 star for the price. This will be my first choice in future when in Mount Gambier.”

”This motel is not recently renovated but the rooms are very clean and very well maintained. Rooms are also quiet unless somebody speks on the corridors. One Indian family was making dinner at the corridor with noise at 9.45 pm but it wasn’t motels false of course. Kept voices down as mentioned to them about the issue. The family running the place is very friendly. The city provided many things to see and we found a very good restaurant too, which was exceptional combination along our route from...

”Clean room. We were in deluxe. Good value .”

”Good”

”This place was significantly better than expected. We were passing by and just needed a place to crash for one night, so we booked a cheap motel. Really happy we chose Blue Lake Motel. It's a stone's throw off the main road, which probably makes a world of difference -- we drove past a ton of motels which looked like they would be really noise since the rooms were like 10 meters off the street. Blue Lake is just far enough (like 200 meters?) to be extremely quiet. The room was actually really...
