”We stayed here for the weekend for our daughter’s basketball tournament. This is probably the best hotel experience we’ve had in a while. The room was SO clean, the staff were SO nice and accommodating. Should we need to return, this will be our go to hotel!”

”The staff was nice but the hotel needs renovations. A lot of outdated items, a lot of dirty spots and stains, room had old food spots that were missed, the pool area had bugs and dirty. Even though we had a room for 4, they kept giving us 3 towels and wash cloths. Breakfast was if the food was from the previous day, very hard/dry. It just wasn’t as enjoyable as the other Home2suites or hiltons we have ever stayed at.”

”The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. She cursed at my partner in front of the manager with no consequence. We could not check into our room until 4:57pm and check in was 3pm. We were told by the manager check-in was not 3pm despite it being advertised in every room, Expedia, and the Hilton website. There was no accommodation made for the inconvenience. The manager said if he could do anything he would, but proceeded to charge me $12 for two sodas and a bag a chips upon...

”The handicap bathroom was great. We'll thought out layout in the room. Great electric outlets. (We both have CPAP.) Nice chair for reading. Only problem I had was finding the light switches.😺 Highly recommend!”

”Upon arrival, the grounds were full of broken glass and trash. Uppn check in the front desk attendant got visibily annoyed that i didnt have a "card" for my service dog and she refused to allow me to stay on an upper floor due to my "pets must go on first floor". First room assigned the door was terribly hard to open and couldn't be shut so I requested a different room due to my physical limitations and staying for 3 nights. ”The room was mediocre. But decently clean. Lots of painted over spots that you can that the room still needs an update more than what has been done. The pillows are HORRIBLE. The bed was mushy and lumpy and very uncomfortable. Sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was stained. The bathroom was clean, but the shower curtain was DISGUSTING. The free breakfast was okay. ”Property is nice it's a good location to stay but they could clean up the pool area better and wipe things down and clean the pool. And we've asked several times when they clean their room to refill our shower soap and vacuum which they did not.”

”Don't like the cash 'deposit' that complicates checkout (waiting for staff to inspect room for missing items). This was one of the better maintained 'less expensive' properties I've stayed in, and looked to be recently remodeled... but as with every other, the remodel was sloppy. Also a bit disappointed that there was no vent fan in the bathroom. Adding the Wyndham 'brand' doesn't make it anything other than a Super 8.”
