”Absolutely filthy. Beer bottle under bed. Not vacuumed. Road noise was terrible. Bathroom floor had dirt everywhere, like actual sand/mud. Tub didn't drain. Shower curtain had burn holes in it. Hall was filthy. Broken flooring in elevator. Staff was polite. Parking lot was clean.”

”I chose this hotel because of the dependable reputation of Marriott and of the Courtyard brand, and I was not disappointed. The room looked brand new, everything in it worked, the bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. I could not ask for more.”

”They had some technical issues with the booking of their rooms and had oversold their two bed suites with the pull out couch by a lot. Numerous families had booked rooms and upon trying to check in they were not available. The staff got us taken care of by splitting our large family into two rooms because everything else in the area was booked and couldn’t make other accommodations. But it was less than ideal to have our kids sleeping in another room!”

”DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!”

”Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."”

”Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service ”

”it is an order property but it was clean the staff was friendly had a little hiccup where they overcharged me for a night that they should have took off due to a third party Jennifer and Daniel was great the room was very clean it showed some wear and tear the front entrance and the outside of the building was appalling it needs a lot of attention it cheapens the hotel. ”The clerk at the counter, Leo, was very helpful and patient. We asked to switch rooms once and he also helped us figure out the ac! Our room was decent, small, but fine. The bed was extremely squeaky even when you were still! And the ac housing was a bit dirty. Also, for two adults, there were only enough towels for one. For the price, it was acceptable.”
