”Our first impression of the hotel was positive as Eboni in the reception was just the sweetest!
When we got into the room, it was a worn out but functional. No coffee machine thou. A lot of stains on the carpets and furnitures. There seems to be a lot of personnel, but nobody (apart from the receptionist) seemed to be busy or active.
Breakfast was the biggest joke - there was no coffee and only limited types of food available after 9 AM. The second morning, coffee ran out already at 8:45....

”The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and coffee were fresh and good, the grounds around the hotel were very clean, the room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. All the elements of a great stay. Plus, as always, La Quinta is pet friendly.

The parking is located in near building and the parking cost is much more lower when purchased from the hotel than from parking service provider.”

”The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed.
The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. Whoever designed the bed system should put a page of instruction within. Terry said the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up!

We made reservations but we had an ice storm and couldn't even get out of our driveway, much less our street, so we couldn't make it to the hotel. When I called to cancel the staff associate was extremely kind and cancelled our reservation. ”

”Legendary hotel with good location. Only negative was a billing policy. For example if you take drinks in the bar on room bill, you have to pay extra. Very strange practise. But hotel is nice and service was friendly and polite. Like a good old days.”
