Tässä kodissa on 3 erillistä oleskelualuetta, joissa kaikissa on TV, ja iso ruokasali. Yksi TV-oleskelualueista on kahden hengen makuuhuoneessa - loistava sijainti lapsille, jotta heillä olisi oma tila. Cornish Hill on vain 1-3 mailin päässä niin paljon; BHOF, Otsego-järvi, Clarkin urheilukeskus, Super Market, retkeilyreitit, ravintolat, Ommegang-panimo, Red-Shed-panimo ja paljon muuta. 2 minuuttia Cooperstownin kylän ulkopuolella, joten se on erittäin rauhallinen.

Olisi vaikea löytää parempi paikka soittaa kotiin tästä kohtuullisesta hinnasta. Talo ja sijainti ovat loistavat. Olen vuokrannut tämän talon yli 10 vuodeksi, ja laitsin arvostelut alla. Olen jo suositellut perheen seuraavalle vuodelle. He vain odottavat saavansa viikkoilmoituksen. Oli eritelty erittäin hyvin ja löysimme valokuvat. Tosi ainoa asia, jota ei näytetty, oli järvi, mutta oli kaikki hyvä. Lapset ja isät rakastivat sitä ... sillä oli myös telttatila pojanpojalleni kokeillakseen uutta telttaa ensimmäiselle hyvin varustetulle ja helposti päästävälle ... Rakasti sitä.

Kodin historia / ikä kiinnosti meitä kaikkia. Rakastimme sitä! Kiinteistöä pidettiin hyvässä kunnossa, ja suuret lapseni ja ystäväni rakastivat kalastusta lampi ... saalis paljon kalaa, mutta vapautti ne. Ensimmäisen vuokraamani omaisuuden, joka sisälsi kaikki paperituotteet, astianpesukoneen ja pesukone saippuan. Erittäin mukava yllätys. Ainoa ehdotukseni olisi lisätä pyyhepalkit kaikkiin kylpyhuoneisiin

Tämä oli hieno talo. Täydellinen kolmelle perheelle. Erittäin rentouttava, oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme yhdessä loistavan sijainnin kaupunkiin, Dreams Park ja muita nähtävyyksiä. Omistaja Dan oli mukavin ja hyödyllisin isäntä, jota olimme voineet pyytää. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!

Erittäin tilava useille perheille. Lampi loistava kalastukseen. Lapset saivat paljon kaloja, erittäin viihdyttäviä. Keittiö oli hyvin peitossa. Kaasugrilli hyvässä kunnossa. Talo siisti ja päivitetty. Omistaja Daniel sai erittäin hienosti lisää huovia. Sijainti lähellä Dreams Parkia, mutta ei liian lähellä. Kaunis perääntyminen.

Upea omaisuus - rauhallinen ja kaukana Dreams Park -aktiviteetista. Nautin lepo- ja rentoutumisajasta pelien välillä. Rakastanut sijaintia - loistavat puitteet - erittäin mukava. Rakastanut kodin historiallista tunnetta - kalusteet, lattiat ja ulkoasut. Se oli täydellinen kymmenelle meille ja perheellemme! Pienet lapset rakastivat kalastuslammikkoa.

Perheeni rakasti Cornish Hill -tiloja. Se oli kuin kuvissa. Kalastuslammikko oli valtava osuma. Nautimme katsellen ikkunoista vain nähdäksemme muita taloja. Kiinteistössä he sanovat sijainnin, sijainnin ja sijainnin. Se oli pallokentän ja keskustan kauppojen välissä ja noin kolmen minuutin päässä ruokakaupasta. Asunnonomistaja antoi meidän tarkistaa muutaman tunnin aikaisin, koska olimme kaupungissa ja kiinteistö oli valmis. Tunsimme olosi kotoisaksi ja olimme niin mukavat.

Tässä talossa oli kaikki mitä tarvitsimme. Sijainti Dream Parkin ja Downtown Cooperstownin välillä oli täydellinen. Kalastuslammikko oli upea. Takakuistilla oli mahtava.(täytyy näyttää kuva) Täydellinen paikka rentoutua baseball-päivän jälkeen. Internetin on oltava nopeampaa. Huono Internet-yhteys johtuu siitä, että viimeistä peliä ei voida toistaa torstaina illalla. Muuten kaikki oli täydellistä. Omistaja oli ystävällinen ja pitänyt yhteyttä päivittäin. Joten iloinen, että valitsin tämän vuokrauksen. Se oli yksi parhaista osista Dream Park- ja Cooperstown-kokemuksista.

Golf weekend

Second time we have stayed at this property. Plenty of room and beds for all of us with a number of rooms for us to all congregate in. Quiet secluded area but only minutes to downtown Cooperstown.

Overall a great stay. Good location. Owner/manager was quick to get back to us and very communicative. A couple negatives, There is no soap in any of the showers which was annoying. Also no shampoo/conditioner. I brought shampoo but no one else did. No one brought soap or body wash expecting tit to be there. The kitchen is stocked well but no oils to cook with which I realize is not required but in other houses we’ve stayed in always there. Also there was no dish soap which should be required. The house is large and can accommodate a large party which is great.

Close to CDP

Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown!

Fantasy Baseball Draft/Hall of Fame

Our group of 10 held our yearly fantasy baseball draft in conjunction with a hall of fame visit for a complete baseball weekend. We loved the property and the host Dan was extremely helpful. Wish we weren't digging ourselves out of 6 inches of snow on the morning we left, but you can't stop Mother Nature. Thank you Dan for a wonderful experience.

Hall of Fame Weekend

This rustic setting was a perfect base for three couples to enjoy autumn leaves, the quaint village of Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy; the kitchen is well equipped for making meals; and the first floor bedroom and bath made this home accessible for my semi-ambulatory wife. Hosts were responsive to inquiries. Only wish the weather was a bit better, and the fish in the pond were easier to catch.

Celebration of Life

We were up to bury our Mother's Ashes nearby. The property more than accomodated the 9 of us. It was a beautiful property. Dan was quick to reply to questions! We would happily return!

Fantastic property

We loved our stay at Cornish Hill. We had 4 baseball families join us during our sons Cooperstown Tournament and staying at this house was the cherry on-top of our experience. Highly recommended!!

Weekend family reunion

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent layout for our group of 12. Used the gas grill for lunch, the gas fire pit for evening conversation. Plenty of parking and well lit drive.

Quick weekend getaway

Spent a weekend exploring the area with family for my son’s 7th birthday. Lovely home and property- the kids had a blast fishing and running around the property! The homeowners couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Appreciated the well stocked home! Super close to Cooperstown village too!

Great house for a family holiday gathering!

House was clean and well maintained with a historic feel. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable heat, and very helpful owners. Very close to downtown Cooperstown. We visited over New Year’s weekend and the house had perfect little bits of holiday decor which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was a little bit of a muddy driveway, due to gravel being a little worn and getting a lot of rain the first couple days of our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend for families. Was also easy for my elderly mother to get in and out of house with one small step to get in and out and a perfect bedroom and bath on the first floor for her.

Such an amazing and seemless vacation! Our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was such a great location to the fields and downtown. We enjoyed our nights on the back patio with the gorgeous view and on the front patio around the fire pit. Thank you for such a great experience!!

12U Cooperstown All-Star Village

Our group had a great time at 493 Cornish Hill Way. The house met all our expectations. Very clean and provided necessity items which was super helpful that we didn’t have to run to a market before arriving. The property manager Dan was great with communication. 33 minutes away from Oneonta; All -Star Village. When we booked we thought boys were playing in Cooperstown which is only 6 minutes from house. Lovely-cute town. All baseball.

Peaceful retreat & baseball

We rented this property while our 12 year olds played at All-Star Village. The yard, firepit and back porch were perfect outdoor spots for conversation. There were plenty of places for folks to either chat or find a quiet corner to read or relax. The bedrooms are large & comfortable. Thanks, Dan & Matthew!

More than 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! It began with a friendly phone call from the property manager. He gave us great recommendations for food which did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless and very accommodating. The house/ property has beautiful curb appeal! We spent every night by the fire pit and playing corn hole on the grass. The inside of the house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! My whole family commented on the cleanliness of the house. In addition, it was fully stocked from pots/pants, to 2 coffee makers, to plenty of towels, games, etc. The house was close to town which made it easy to come and go as we please. If I could give the house more than 5 stars I would and will definitely be returning!

Doesn’t get any better than here

The property is amazing, the sun set we got when the rain finally stopped was worth the price of admission. We had a group of 10 and it was the perfect size for us all to have a little space. The house is in the perfect location especially if you attend the hall of fame ceremony as it is within walking distance. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Family Thanksgiving

We spent a weekend at the Cooperstown farm house for a family reunion. It was warm, comfortable and inviting home with beautiful views. The house was very clean and had more than enough room and bathrooms for 8 adults and 1 toddler. Dan and Matthew were extremely nice and very accommodating for our schedules. Everyone loved watching the deer wandering over the property. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again.

Big house with even bigger outdoor!

We had so much fun while visited the area. The house is huge with so many rooms to relax and enjoy our stay. Even just for the weekend it is wort it. The house is located a short drive to Cooperstown, but far enough to enjoy a great upstate outdoor. Highly refomended.

A beautiful natural estate

The House is in terrific condition and updated, clean and had everything we could ask for to stay for the almost 6 weeks we did. The property is a wonderful place, 50 acres of nature including a lake full of fish and wonderful garden that Dan was generous to let us pick from. Our children absolutely loved being part of the natural surroundings and watching Dan do his farming work. Dan and his wife, the owners, are wonderful, generous and kind people and can not say enough about them. An example of how kind- my wife stayed for a couple nights alone in the house and Dan knew she was nervous being alone, so he parked his wife's car in the driveway so it wouldn't look like she was alone-- so incredibly sweet and thoughtful! Our son also absolutely fell in low with talking to Dan and learning about farming which was an invaluable experience for him. We could not have found a more wondrous spot in the world and close to town and restaurants and the Lake/Park/playground, while also very secluded. We highly recommend.

Comfy and cozy house in a beautiful location

The property, and the family member who manage it, are really lovely. The house was perfect for our 3 families visiting - very spacious, and the layout made it very easy to have multiple solutions to how to sleep 3 pairs of adults, and their 5 children plus 2 infants. At no point did we feel cramped, lots of space. The property was also lots of fun - lots of space to run around, and the pond was beautiful and surprisingly free of bugs. We would stay again!
