Sunny & cozy two bedroom, one bath cottage with wonderful Otsego Lake Views!

11.3 miles (20 minutes) to Dreams Park. 27.4 miles to Allstar Village, 6 miles (8 minutes to the village of Cooperstown and Baseball Hall of Fame. 2.4 miles (4 minutes) to Glimmerglass Festival.

The Stuga is a simple, delightful cottage overlooking Otsego Lake. Set nicely off the road, with an spacious covered porch from which to enjoy your summer lake views, and a picnic area just outside your door.

Upstairs, styled with comfort in mind, there are two new sofas, a relaxing recliner, and heirloom dining table for four guests. A cute and functional kitchen with plenty of meal prep space (no dishwasher), a cheerful full bath, and one bedroom with a full size bed.

Downstairs in the walk out lower level is a sitting area, laundry room, office, and bedroom with queen sized bed. This level stays very cool in the summer, no AC needed. There is a window AC unit that cools the entire first floor.

There is parking up behind the cottage for one vehicle.
