”We were in town for Cooperstown dreams park and decided to stay here. I can say this has been one of the most relaxing stays we’ve had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a balcony lake view and spent so much time out there. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.”

”Fantastic views of the lake and stellar service. Accommodations were comfortable. The mini split heating unit in the bedroom made the room warm within minutes. There are lots of amenities on the property to enjoy in Spring and Summer. ”

”This house was incredible for our stay. Our kids played at Dreams Park and this house was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. Furniture was nice quality, the beds were comfortable, pool was amazing, and the scenery of rural NY was breathtaking. Coupled together with a good performance by our baseball team, it really was a dream trip. If you are going to Dreams Park or are just visiting Cooperstown, this house will not disappoint. I would rank it even higher if I could. ”

”House was beautiful and well laid out with plenty of room. The appliances were all first class and kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need from pots /pans pans to dishes/glassware. The lake view was amazing from the back deck. The beach was perfect and kids and adults both loved the paddle boards, kayak, dock and especially the water trampoline!Plan to stay again when the new grandson plays at Cooperstown. ”

”Magnificent property and beautifully decorated. Lots of space for dining inside or outside with your friends and family. The hosts were responsive and even dropped off refreshments and flowers during our stay. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to pull the boat right up to the dock at the house. Our family had fun on the trampoline and swimming off the dock. Be careful crossing the road to the water - cars go fast. We were very comfortable and would stay again!”

”Great for family getaways with amazing water views! We loved the easy access to the lake—especially having the kayaks available, which were a big hit with everyone. The house was cozy, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the whole family. We also really enjoyed the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing and playing cornhole. A perfect spot to unwind and make lasting memories!”
