”We booked a room for 5 persons and the room was prepared for 4 people. When asked, we were told that it is possible to make the sofabed and bring a towel, but only against additional costs. The room was dates and poorly cleaned and had a half eaten cherry and similar items on the floor ”

”Das Hotel war makellos! Es war wunderschön! Sauberkeit hervorragend! Der Innenpool zum Bahnen schwimmen unglaublich und der Außenpool einfach traumhaft! Eine wunderschöne Gegend. Wir hoffen so sehr, dass wir irgendwann wieder nach Australien kommen werden und wenn ja, kommen wir definitiv wieder! Danke für die Nettigkeit der Mitarbeiter und wie zuvorkommend sie bei jeder Gelegenheit waren. Wir haben den Service sehr genossen und können alles herzlich empfehlen!”

”Everything was spotless. Felt like a luxurious break especially because we were there during a stormy weekend…. Staff are so lovely, the food at the restaurant was very nice, the bed was the most comfy cloud I’ve ever slept on. The amenities were brilliant. We are looking for an excuse to go back and check it out in good weather. The pools are so gorgeous we swam in the rain. Such a nice place. I RECOMMEND!!”

”Not really a luxury accommodation, but very good quality place to stay. Close to vineyards, golf courses and other attractions. Abdolutely beautiful view over Hunter Valley, old buildings create a pleasant athmosphere. No outdoor pool, but indoor pool in spa premises is a big one. Sauna is way too mild and not in good shape. We really loved our time here althought it's a bit pricey.”

”We arrived late and the staff were a wonderful help. The hotel is very modern and clean and located along the harbour with a great boardwalk to stretch the legs after a long drive. The kids enjoyed Cold Rock ice cream a 5 min max stroll from the hotel. We grabbed some Thai takeaway too but could easily have opted for something on the room service menu. The pool has a great slide for the kids and a small playground. A short drive up the road/20 minute walk and you’re at Newcastle Beach with the...
