”The room was outdated and should absolutely be renovated. The view from the balcony located next to the room was beautiful. The room was clean and sound proofing seems to be inadequate, but we had no issues as there were no neighbours and almost no traffic on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast was a very basic one.”

”"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
