”The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay. Clean towels had to be requested at the front desk. The front desk staff was very apologetic, but unable to address/resolve the issue. In my 60+ years of business/personal travel, this was a first time experice. So, I do count myself fortunate; however, I will not plan another stay at Home2 Suites. My son had a much worse experience during this same timeframe, same hotel, which also involved downright unnecessary rudeness from on-site...

Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!”

”There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad.
