Welcome to Copalis Beach House—a cozy, family-friendly coastal retreat just about an 8-minute walk through the dunes to the beach. With space for up to 12 guests, it’s the perfect place for making memories together on Washington’s scenic coastline.

Sleeping Arrangements (Main House – Sleeps 8):

Primary Bedroom: King bed
Second Bedroom: Queen bed
Third Bedroom: Two twin beds
Sofa Bed in living room area

Need more room? Add the guest suite (available for an additional fee) to sleep 4 more. The suite includes a queen bedroom, a sofa bed, a private bathroom, and small kitchen—ideal for extended family or teens needing their own space.

This property and the hosts were top notch. We enjoyed every aspect of the house and there were no accessories or amenities left out! Great for families and friends. Secluded enough to relax and reset but close enough to town to be convenient. Steve was super helpful and very responsive to our questions and requests. We want to come back again now that we know the property and the surrounding area! The house has numerous thoughtful touches and you can tell was designed meticulously for family enjoyment. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to our next visit to Copalis and the big yellow house!

The house was great! Very clean and well appointed kitchen and bedrooms, lots of extra pillow blankets and the beds were comfy! The walk to the beach was doable for all but my 80 yr old mother, so we drove to the beach for her. The house is bright in the mornings, so bring an eye mask and earplugs if that bothers you.

We had a great time staying here. They had everything you may need to feel at home. The most organized place I have been too, which I enjoyed. Short walk to the beach, lots of wild life, quiet, and peaceful. Would recommend and would love to stay again!Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Amazing home - great location- perfect

Property described perfectly, highly organized and every amenity you could need for a getaway! Walkable to the beach! Very clean and management was highly responsive.Met the owners who were very friendly and invested in their home and commitment to comfortably. Get ready for some stairs and getting a bit of a workout in! There is an elevator but it wasn’t utilized (or we couldn’t figure out how to make it work). Drivable to tourist attractions but away enough to feel secluded. Great hot-tub, size, location and ease of access to supplies. Would come back again!

Family Ocean and Razor clamming trip

This house was well thought out when being designed and built. There are lots of notes around the house explaining how things work. House has everything you need. We loved the outdoor sink under cover with hot water to clean our limits of Razor clams. The elevator was wonderful as the kitchen is on the second floor to see the ocean. We loved the large dining table with the huge rotisserie in the middle to serve food instead of passing entree around. The owner Steve even called me if I had any questions prior to our stay.

Comfortable house, amazing views and right on the beach

The house had everything you could possibly need. Very well stocked kitchen, super comfy beds. It was nice to have an outdoor sink with warm water when it came time to clean the clams. The elevator did turn out to be great for bringing the cooler and other stuff up to the main floor. The huge dining room table was nice for meals. The living room had no TV but we brought our own.

One of the best houses we stayed in!

We really enjoyed staying in this house! It was very clean, well stocked kitchen, well organized, easy to find stuff. Heating system is very cool:), you can't hear it running at all. We enjoyed the hut tub and short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this house.

Great Getaway

Our family had a great time, even during the Winter. Lots of usable living space. Modern amenities. Comfortable and relaxing sleeping quarters. Three story beach house with beautiful views of ocean and nature. Trails lead to the beach via floating bridge and sand dunes. We flew kites on the beach. Good food options in Ocean Shores. Jumped in the hot tub when we got cold. So fun!

Welcoming house

The large built in table and extensive kitchen counters made meals easy for multiple cooks. Downstairs suite can provide a bit more space for some guests. The panoramic ocean view from the great-room was wonderful as was the walk to the beach. Thoughtfully equipped home with everything we needed. Appreciated that the tables were not cluttered with cheesy nick-knacks .

Beautiful well stocked beach house

This is the most well stocked rental property I've stayed at. The kitchen makes it easy to have every meal in and loved using the induction stovetop. Excellent jigsaw puzzle collection with a separate breakfast nook table to play games as well. The view of the beach was stunning. Hope to stay here again!

Perfect!

I'm afraid to say how wonderful this place was - as I don't want it to get too popular and not be available ever again! Please keep it a secret! This beach house was absolutely wonderful. Steve has made it so comfortable, well equiped, organized, and clean. We loved the little touches, like the labels on the light switches and in the closets so we could put things away properly. Loved the radiant heat and extra blankets. The views were wonderful, and despite the wind, rain, and hail, it was almost like the huge windows were self-cleaning because once the sun was out, the views were instantly back! The huge kitchen table was perfect for both dining and board games with the kids. Plus, there was plenty of space to spread out and get some quiet time. Very pleased with our stay, and we hope to wind up there again some time. Thank you!
