”Clean and updated rooms. Breakfast needs some improvements and rotations of options”

”They changed our reservation details without asking us first. They changed from a two king beds room to a one king bed/one sofa bed and thought that that would be fine. After bringing the issue to night desk they switched us to two queen beds. Cleaning crew also left gear in the room that we had to remove. Soap dispenser didn’t work. Breakfast wasn’t good. Selection was poor. Not worth staying there.”

”I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

”We had a little problem with our room. Our air conditioner wouldn't stop running. But Michael was not only quick to see about repair but he quickly gave us a new room. Excellent staff and service!”

”You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.”

”Not sure about pets, as I did not have one. Did not use the spa. The room was very clean. The bathroom was big. I would stay here again. ”

”The hotel and casino are nice. Smoking is allowed in the casino and with it being attached to the hotel some smoke makes it into the hall area of the rooms. Rooms were smoke free though. Pool area is nice.”

”The front desk staff we're exemplary! So very helpful! The only complaint I had was the mold on the grout in the shower. Otherwise the room was great!”
