”We loved the view out the window, the separate entrance to our bedroom, the spacious bathroom with the heated towel racks, the breakfasts were delicious and the common areas with fireplace were cozy and welcoming. Avril does a great job making people feel at home. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Pear Tree Hill B & B.”

”Shocking! From checking in to be told i was going to have to pay an extra £20 for the room ! And no breakfast included ! ( I wouldn’t have wanted to eat anything from there) but that wasn’t the point. The place was smelly and dirty. I will never book with this site again. ”
