A really cozy little townhouse right by the Copenhagen Lakes, with very easy access to the entire city.

The house has 3 levels + a loft.

In the basement, there is a combined toilet/bathroom, and here you’ll also find a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen and a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

The first floor is the living room – a space for relaxing and spending time together.
The second floor is the bedroom with a double bed. From the bedroom, there is access to the loft, which has been set up as a home office.

There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.

As there are quite a few stairs – up and down – the house is not ideal for people with limited mobility, and there is no elevator.

It may be possible to arrange a special price and conditions for longer stays.
For stays over 30 days, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent is required.
