This house was perfect for our family of 26! Plenty of room for everyone and everyone of all ages enjoyed our time here! The host was attentive and answered any questions we had. Super easy access to mountain. The entrance to the ski lift is just outside the back door and it’s just a few minutes drive to get ski rentals and ski school drop off. We were even able to ski our ski school kids down to drop off later in the week. We had no issues and hope to return again!

The location was perfect. We could walk out the back door, put the skis on, and make a run to a lift. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to cook for our group of 20.

Great house and location!

This house is incredible. Easy communication with the host. The location on the mountain with ski in/ski out capability is the highlight. There was more beds than we even realized and it was a perfect place for our group! Would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for us. The large kitchen/gathering area is great for a large group to gather. Also the living area space downstairs provides additional space for kids to congregate separately from the adults. Only suggestions would be paring knives and more kitchen towels

Beautiful home, great location

The property is spacious with floor to ceiling views of the mountains. River Ridge was very responsive to a couple of issues and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We were a family of 19, ages 5 mos and up. There are 4 steps in, both on the sidewalk and in the garage, but once inside it’s accessible. Great place and nice people.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful home! The deck, the view, the large living spaces, and the number of bedrooms were perfect for our group. The teens in our group enjoyed the bunk rooms, too! Our only complaint was the quality of the mattresses. When you stay somewhere for a week and don't get a good night's sleep, it can make enjoying the vacation worthwhile. Our hope is they will update the mattresses soon for future renters.

home is not at all maintained well, highly dissapointing vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1) First floor master bedroom dorr lock is not working. we cannot use bathroom with out locking a door as bathroom don't have any door2) Internet is pathetic not working at all3) hot water better not to talk about it 4) many rooms are maintained poorly5) The first floor laundry not working
