Our building was under construction. Tyvek everywhere. They are renting out units that are currently being renovated instead of just rotating through them. There should have been full disclosure about all the work that was being done.
The property was advertised as having 7 bathrooms but it actually only had 5. One of the 5 toilets was not working for the first 24 hours. Reached out to management regarding the misinformation on bathrooms and was told it was after hours and this was not an emergency. We were a large group of all adults who ended up having to share bathrooms with too many others. A huge reason for choosing to rent that listing was the number of bathrooms.
One of our balconies was a serious safety hazard. There were gaps large enough for a person to fall out and nails all over the floor.
We were offered a partial refund and another unit. By that time we were settled in and it was too late to move.
Multiple times workers requested to get into our unit to do something to the wifi. We declined and were told that they have a key to our unit.
Generally, this property is tired and overpriced. Scars on walls, bathtubs, furniture, caved in arm on the sectional and an undesirable smell in areas, etc. Undesirable odors in areas. The listing looked cozy but it was really just tired.
