This spacious 662 sqft one bedroom one bath condo with mud room is centrally located in the TUCKER MOUNTAIN LODGE at Copper Mountains CENTER VILLAGE. Larger than most 1 bed/1 bath condos in Center village. Comfortably sleeps 4 people with a Cali-King bed and a comfy queen no bar or spring pullout couch. Cots are provided for children to allow for sleeping 6. Our location in Center village is the place to be. The American Flyer & American Eagle lifts are only a minute away. License STR22-R-00103

Living space includes fireplace, large 55” smart TV, Apple Homepod,High SpeedWiFI and a 32” smart TV in the master bedroom. The bathroom is larger than most providing plenty of space. Balcony includes cozy seating with a beautiful view of Tenmile Creek. Recently updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and a pantry for storing food during longer stays. Easy cooking with a fully stocked kitchen; all the cookware and small appliances you could need i.e., Keurig, toaster, crock pot... Mobile devices require constant charging, our condo has 8 USB outlets for easy charging. Our condo is professionally cleaned after every stay to ensure a sanitary environment.The condo has its own private WiFi Router with a dedicated 300MB Up/Down. The Internet speeds are suitable for most remote working network speed requirements. The ethernet ports in the bedroom and kitchen are functional as well.

Guests have complete access to the entire condo. Tucker Mountain Lodge features a exercise room, large outdoor hot tub, outdoor grill and Sauna. The building offers community laundry facilities, ski Lockers, and a beautiful lobby area. One underground parking space is available on-site. Overflow parking is available in the Alpine lot. Overnight parking is only available in the Alpine Lot and costs $20/Night.Paid parking lot rates are also available but available parking spaces fluctuate through the winter season based on volume and demand.
