”The owner, Brian was caring and wanted to make sure we had a good time. He was helpful and gave you enough attention without hovering. He was kind and a great host. His breakfasts were absolutely yummy and wonderful. Brian was accommodating and able to change my breakfast when what he was serving would have reacted negtivly with my medication. He was a wonderful host and we would recommend him and stay there again.”

”The home and owner, Randy, were welcoming with excellant communication and service. The room was tasteful with good space and comfortable , double sinks in the ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and creative, with great company for conversation. I would only suggest the hosts check the room temp before arrival, as weather is now so variable. We had an accommodating stay.”

”It’s a nice big room. But the air quality wasn’t the best. And the bedding smelled a bit musty. The washroom was clean, but it had the smell of a stinky mop. Fancy bidet though! The complimentary tea was nice. There is a hidden $30 cleaning fee. Not happy about that.”

”To be fair, the host contacted me saying the unit had been accidentally double booked and gave me the option of cancelling or taking the similar upstairs unit with the caveat of some shared spaces noted but I could not have been prepared for what we were about to get.To start, we were notified to call the host to gain access to the property which seemed odd rather than a lockbox combo but though, “oh well”. When we got there I called but no answer, we milled about until we noticed movement in...

”The room overall was clean, as were the hallways. The linen in the room did not smell clean, and had a musty odour. The stay was quiet, comfortable, and the staff was reachable, although no one appeared to be on site most of the time. Good stay on a budget.”

”Location was nice and quiet, and close to transit. Bed was comfy. A private washroom was promised but the youngest son and his friend used it when they weren’t supposed to during the first two days of our stay. The host herself was pleasant and helpful, but as this was a family home, the younger members of the household could be noisy at times, and the B&B room did not feel very private being as it was situated by the front door of the house.
