”We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. ”Staff and location are great! Disappointed they did not let us know before booking about construction coming up. We got an email after however it was too late to cancel or change hotels. ”The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.”
